We want as many people as possible to be able to use our digital services and therefore work continuously to address identified barriers.
Stockholm Live AB is behind the websites stockholmlive.com, strawberryarena.se, 3arena.se, aviciiarena.se, hovetarena.se, annexet.se, sodrateatern.com and our app on Iphone and Android.

What can you do if you cannot use parts of the website?
If you need content from one of our websites that is not accessible to you, you can request that the information be made accessible. Contact us and we will assess whether we can meet your request. Response time is normally one week.
Supervision
The Swedish Post and Telecom Authority (PTS) is responsible for supervising compliance with the Act on the Accessibility of Certain Products and Services (2023:254), including digital services such as banking, e-commerce, electronic communication and interactive self-service terminals.

How accessible are our digital services?
Our digital services are partially compliant with the Act on the Accessibility of Certain Products and Services (2023:254) and with the requirements of the standard EN 301 549 v3.2.1, which covers level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.

How we work on accessibility in our digital platforms
We actively work to ensure that our digital services are accessible to all users. Here is how we work to improve accessibility:
- We use automated testing tools.
- We manually review our website and apps to identify any accessibility gaps.
- We work with external experts who carry out accessibility audits to check how well we comply with WCAG 2.1 Level AA and EN 301 349 standards.
- We have a quarterly competence development meeting, where we review current issues and solve problems related to accessibility.
- We monitor accessibility benchmarks and follow them up on a quarterly basis.
