We want as many people as possible to be able to use our digital services, and we are therefore continuously working to address any barriers we discover.

Stockholm Live AB is responsible for the websites stockholmlive.com, strawberryarena.se, 3arena.se, aviciiarena.se, hovetarena.se, annexet.se, sodrateatern.com, and our app on iPhone and Android.

What can you do if you cannot access parts of the website?

If you need content from one of our websites that is not accessible to you, you can request it in an accessible format. Contact us and we will assess whether we can accommodate your request. Our normal response time is one week.

Supervision

The Swedish Post and Telecom Authority (PTS) is responsible for overseeing compliance with the Accessibility of Certain Products and Services Act (2023:254), which includes digital services such as banking, e-commerce, electronic communication, and interactive self-service terminals.

Our digital services are partially compliant with the Accessibility of Certain Products and Services Act (2023:254) and the requirements of EN 301 549 v3.2.1, which corresponds to level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.

How we work with accessibility in our digital platforms

We actively work to ensure our digital services are accessible to all users. Here’s how we are improving accessibility:
• We use automated testing tools.
• We manually review the website and apps to identify potential accessibility issues.
• We work with external experts who conduct accessibility audits to assess compliance with WCAG 2.1 level AA and EN 301 549 standards.
• We hold quarterly competency development meetings, where we discuss current issues and resolve accessibility-related problems.
• We follow quarterly metrics to track accessibility performance.
