We serve a classic Swedish Christmas buffet with a modern twist, created by Anders Dahlbom. Perhaps you would prefer a vegan Christmas buffet? With our in-house food and beverage service, we can of course tailor the dining experience to your wishes.
With more than 40 years in the restaurant industry, Anders Dahlbom is one of Sweden’s most accomplished chefs. With several awards and a Christmas cookbook to his name, we’re proud to have Anders leading our food and beverage operations.
